| Build the Incident Action Plan (IAP) = Set Objectives & Each Role's Tasks. |

| Any Just-In-Time Training = Eg, Safety Briefing, Commo Briefing, Training videos. |

| Go Execute = for the Operational Period; then Reconvene and Recycle. |

| Demobilization = After-Action-Review and Stand-down. |
