OVERVIEW:

An apt complex had been notified re a pending shutdown by the Health Dept. (see Notice.pdf) Even now, the complex currently has no hot-water. Some units have no electricity. Of the 72 apts on the WEST side of Emerson, 12 families have not yet evacuated. The local church-plant (Oasis of Hope Southern Baptist Church) with relationships there has invited ReadyIndy to assist with emergency coaching and staffing. (Orig ICS-201 briefing)
