Lakeshore Area Regional Recovery of Indiana is a non-profit, long-term recovery committee assisting the victims of the September 2008 floods in Lake, Porter and LaPorte Counties in restoring their homes to a safe, sanitary and secure condition.
With a grant from Lilly Endowment and other donations we are able to provide materials and tools to help the recovery process. However, we rely almost entirely on volunteer labor to help the hundreds of homeowners whose homes are still in dire need of restoration.
