What's the EOP nuance if we LOSE COMMUNICATIONS? (example: Solar Storm)

- Remember: Our alternate communications plan is:
- Radios (we'll develop our communications plan below, shortly).
- Or PHYSICALLY communicating via a tapestry of key CHURCHES throughout the metro area. See our Metro Ministry Map.
- And think 9 counties.
- 3 tiers of counties, with Marion, Hamilton & Johnson as the key center-points. They'll communicate with lateral counties.
- Marion County as center of the center.
- HHOOT ministry as center of the center of the centers.
- Dispatch communicators to there.
- Decide further activation.
- Then cities within the counties.
- Then key neighborhood churches within cities.
- Think motorcycles, bicycles... or lastly... runners/walkers.
