[Here's an official form you can download as you start planning a particular project for FHL.]

Let's at least START an ONGOING list of specific projects (or ideas for projects)...

  • Rebuilding The Wall -- inner-city ministry rebuilding homes (would gladly have recurring volunteers)
  • Unleavened Bread Cafe -- various projects, including digital training projects
  • Mapleton Fall Creek Neighborhood -- consider this list of neighborhood ministries & services... and contact the CDC for existing known projects they have.  Here's an example of what one church did recently... (ht:ScottWilder)
    • YouTube plugin error
  • Contact the city or township offices re projects that they know of.
  • Remember, projects can be any kind of acts of mercy, kindness or community service rendered... eg. visiting Seniors Centers.
  • Contact Church Care Indy -- a screening ministry that discerns legitimate needs.
  • Contact IN211 for ideas.
  • Consider Emergency & Disasters Management type needs... say for preparation, in neighborhoods.
  • Fire-alarms, neighborhood by neighborhood.
  • Food drives in neighborhoods... both giving & receiving.
  • (see other WYNS categories of needs)
  •  Second Presbyterian's "Take it to Town"
  • Christians@Rainbow Ridge Neighborhood clean up.
