Serving, compassion -- the one thing Christ-followers have done throughout history and can always do, to model Christ-likeness.

• Here in Indianapolis, we have a great many compassion-based ministries.  How might we accomplish more together than separately?  This wiki-page is at least a connecting point for that conversation.
• Our CCDA Affiliates here among Indianapolis ministries may well be the core of compassion-based ministries in the city.
• Our various 'Prison-related Ministries' are also now meeting together re their common mission.
• WYNS... "When You Need Someone"... wiki.
• If/when we are actually DOING a good job 'caring', how will we recognize it?  (what's measurable re effectiveness?).  One thing I'd (Neil) like to see someday... measure via survey in neighborhoods... "Jesus commanded Christians to 'love their neighbors as themselves... so I ask you... How are they doing?  1 to 5 stars?
