CBMC Indiana -- Connecting Business Men to Christ...
(Steve... Good idea! Here's a link to the 'Operation Timothy' subpage.)
(A wiki is a great way to work together on a centralized document... sharpening it into something everyone that everyone buys into. Example... sharpening our CBMC Indiana mission/vision/strategy, etc. So allow me to outline a few things you might want to fill into outline format first... then wordsmith into paragraphs, etc later.)

The following is ONLY a SAMPLE for you to start with...
Our Common Mission... As an integral part of the Church of Jesus Christ in a city, we share in the Great Commission/Commandment.
Our Unique Mission... We introduce business men to Christ, mentor them through the basics of the Christian faith... teach them how to become disciple replicators... and effectively train them to be leaders... in their businesses, their churches and their communities.
Our Strategy...
- We work with business men... across denominational lines.
- We prepare men to readily be able to share their faith and lead someone to Christ.
-
We each pray regularly for 10 specific men to come to know Jesus.
-
We disciple men... one-on-one, life on life, via "
Operation Timothy" -- a year-long basic set of Bible-studies regarding the key elements of the faith.
- We are working intentionally to become multiculturally-diverse and well-connected among the cityreaching movement in our communities.
- We work in geographic areas, establishing Bible-study groups throughout a city or community.
-
We connect & interact with the 'body of Christ'... i.e., the Church... in our communities.
Our 5-Year Vision...
- 5,000 well-connected & well-trained Christian leaders working together with various Bible-believing churches, ministries & individuals to carry out the Great Commission/Commandment throughout Indiana... community by community, neighborhood by neighborhood. That approximates 1 leader per 250-household neighborhood.
